Whistleblowing Policy

Rojukiss International Public Company Limited (“the Company”) recognizes the importance of preventing fraud and misconduct in its operations or stakeholder interactions, which could affect business decisions and performance.

The Company has established a whistleblowing mechanism to report violations of applicable laws and regulations issued by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), the Capital Market Supervisory Board, and the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET), as well as breaches of the Company’s Charter, Code of Conduct, and ethical standards, including any suspected corruption.

A formal Whistleblowing Policy and appropriate protection measures for whistleblowers are in place to ensure clear, transparent, and effective handling of complaints.
