Job Description
- Leads Brand Marketing Plan (Launch and on-going brand plan)
- Manage responsible brand (s) from NPD development, launches as well as delivering growth of pillar products.
- Collect and analyse consumer, market insights and competitor tracking to make recommendations to management.
- Implement new launches, maintain growth in pillar products and animate core franchises.
- Propose and monitor marketing mix strategies.
- Initiate communication strategy (online to offline) and prepare launch plan.
- Responsible for activation, advertising and promotion for deployment of Brand Marketing Plan.
- Responsible for brand A&P, ensure effective spending in all touchpoints.
- Provide on-going analysis and review of consumer, category, customer and competitive information to identify brand growth opportunity and deliver inputs to line manager or related parties.
- Builds productive working relationship with commercial team, finance, supply chain and regulatory to effectively manage day to day operations
- Work closely with external parties (Supplier, Graphic Designer & Media agencies) in order to successfully achieve brand marketing plan.
- Provide marketing inputs to volume forecasting, financial updates and monitors key indicators and drivers of brand performance to ensure brand meet annual’s sale target.
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor degree in marketing/ related majors.
- Min 5-year experience in brand/product management/marketing from FMCG or dynamic business
- Knowledge on beauty or personal care products will be added advantage.
- Strong analytical skills (Market data, Sale performance)
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Strong project management skill.
- Good knowledge in digital marketing and online media.

Job Description
1. Cross-Functional & Market Collaboration
- Act as the key bridge between HQ and international markets (media agency and internal sale manager)
- Guide local teams with clear direction, timelines, and expectations
- Develop and update international marketing guidelines aligned with ROJUKISS’s headquarters
2. Brand Governance & Consistency
- Act as brand guardian for all international markets to ensure consistency of
- Brand story & tone of voice
- Korean Science credibility & claims
- Visual identity & hero assets
- Approve adaptations to ensure local relevance without brand dilution
3. Launch Excellence
- Lead international GTM plans for:
- Brand/ Product portfolio and NPD launches
- Hero franchises
- Manage innovation plan with international market that fits to market whitespace and opportunities
- Review market advertising investment plan
- Provide markets with:
- Launch toolkits (key message, hero claims, KV, master content angles)
- Campaign frameworks across digital, social, KOL, and trade
4. Market, Consumer & Competitive Insights
- Create the market the template to fill in the opportunities
- Share with headquarters the international markets’ consumer trends, skincare routines, and competitive landscape
- Identify each market INCI limitations
5. Best Practice Sharing
- Elevate international marketing standards through:
- Brand books & guidelines (keep updated)
- Best practice sharing across markets
- Support markets in building strong local execution capability

Job Description
- Responsible for preparing the marketing plan of assigned brands, and coordinating with both internal and external teams, including cross-functional departments and external partners, to ensure smooth execution in line with the approved plan and timeline.
- Analyze and evaluate the campaigns under responsibility including preparing monthly reports.
- Coordinate with related functions to ensure clear understanding of marketing plans, launch timelines, and promotional mechanics, supported by proper documentation and approval workflows.
- Manage and take care of the main channel of the brand such as Website / Instagram / Facebook / Tiktok in terms of image and products.
- Coordinate with related functions to create mutual understanding in marketing operations.
- Control and manage the operations of marketing, including product & packaging development, selling kits, advertising, public relations, events and sale promotions, to support the business operations aligning with organizations goals and objectives.
- Update and Analyze competitors, market trends, Monthly report for improve marketing activities, and customer experiences.
- Manage product development process: Create Product code, Barcode, and Thai FDA. And co-ordinate with Sales & Supplier to deliver product mockup within lead time to ensure product listing in timeline

Job Description
1. Supply Chain Operations Management
- Oversee and optimize demand planning, production planning, inventory management, and distribution processes.
- Ensure stock availability aligns with sales forecasts and market needs, addressing potential shortages or overstocks in a timely manner.
2. Planning & Forecasting
- Lead the demand forecasting process by consolidating data from sales, marketing, and historical trends to achieve high forecast accuracy.
- Support production planning and material requirements to ensure smooth supply continuity and optimal stock levels.
3. Inventory & Cost Management
- Analyze and control inventory levels to improve stock turnover, reduce obsolescence, and manage working capital efficiently.
- Do forecast of Purchase value and Inventory Ending at monthly basis for right size of inventory
- Alert Slow moving SKUs, Short shelf life and Potential write off to commercial team
4. Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Commercial, Marketing, Warehouse and Production teams to align supply and demand plans with business priorities.
- Coordinate with Finance and Logistics to ensure efficient order fulfillment and timely product delivery.
5. Team Leadership & Development
- Supervise and develop the Supply Chain to enhance operational efficiency and professional capabilities.
- Promote a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and proactive problem-solving within the team.
Qualifications
- achelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
- Strong expertise in Demand Planning and analytical capabilities to forecast and manage supply chain needs effectively.
- Proficiency in Supply Management and Inventory Management for optimizing stock levels and flow management.
- Exceptional problem-solving, strategic planning, and organizational skills to improve operational efficiency.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across teams and with external partners.
- Familiarity with supply chain technologies and systems to streamline operations.
- Experience in the FMCG industry is a significant advantage.
